OPTIONAL Fees

Our Tutor Service Team will schedule individual tutoring  in Math, English, and Reading Systems for a period of one (1) hour per subject, per week at a cost of $45 per hour, per subject. This  will always be during afterschool hours. Tutoring fees are billed in advance & are non-refundable.

This analysis is a natural part of enrollment and there is no charge if the student is enrolled. An academic analysis can also be performed for students with parents who do not wish to enroll with FCS or those who would like to have an Academic Analysis performed for use in consideration  for enrollment. The $200 fee per student, will be credited to the family account if enrollment occurs.

Iowa Nationally Standardized Achievement Tests “Individual Administration Fee” is $100 per student.  This fee is in addition to the standard fee for this yearly testing. If you choose this option, test dates  must be scheduled in advance of the standard test dates. Both the test fee & the individual administration  fee are paid in advance. 

T-shirts $20. One (1) t-shirt is required & included in the field trip fee. Students may also  wear FCS t-shirts as their daily FCS uniform. Optional hooded sweatshirts & zippered hoodies are $40  each. Orders are taken at least two (2) times per year.

Graduation Fees include the diploma, tassel, rope, & honors attire (if applicable). The cap & gown are  included as a rental OR can be purchased upon request. While these fees are optional, we strongly advise  participation in the yearly graduation shows.

 2. 5th & 8th Levels $200

 3. High School  $250

Families are responsible for all required expenses during the period of time their  child is enrolled with FCS –with or without attendance. In the event of an early withdrawal from the agreed  upon payment  period (monthly, quarterly, semesterly, yearly); the amount that was paid in advance is non-refundable except at the discretion of administration. Any & all other fees that were  paid according to  the Required Expenses are non-refundable. Student records remain the property of FCS until any 

outstanding account balance is settled. If there is a credit balance above the agreed upon payment  period, that balance will be promptly refunded.
