In addition to the full time enrollment and Home School Learning systems, FCS can also provide the very basics in assistance to your home school. This involves Academic Analysis, record keeping, curriculum supply, academic projection formulation, and all general supplies to help parents govern their own home school program. This requires that parents apply for a letter of intent from the North Carolina Department of Non-Public Education (ncdnpe.org) and submit a copy to FCS. In this program, FCS will do all the groundwork and get your child’s individualized & mastery-based system started and project an end date to their current grade level. Parents are ultimately responsible for the child’s education and promotion.
EAP Students are encouraged to participate in extra-curricular activities: field trips, Merit Store, Thanksgiving and Christmas parties, graduation, etc. Students can also attend school from time to time for a small, daily attendance fee.
