Your FCS Staff

Each member of FCS staff is first & foremost –a born-again Christian. We hold that no person shall be employed, have any position of authority, leadership, or be allowed to volunteer assistance to our students without having first expressed a personal testimony of God’s saving grace in their heart & life. Each member is certified & trained in the Accelerated Christian Education Ministries Supervisor & Administration Programs & is a graduate from an approved Christian institution of higher learning -or is currently enrolled.

• Dr. Earl “Chuck” Griffin Ph.D: Doctor of Philosophy in Religion 2002 / FCS founding Board Member 2000 / Administrator

Pastor Chuck has served as senior pastor at Crossroads Baptist Church of Monroe since 1998, & been married to Mrs. Penny since December 2001. They have 4 children ranging in age from 30 to 5 years old & have 6 grandchildren (as of July 2024)!

• Penny Griffin: Master of Arts Christian Education 2010 / FCS staff since January 2002 / Curriculum Development & Supervisor

Mrs. Penny creates K5 & 1st grade academic projections, oversees Master Test Development, serves as secretary, Learning Center Supervisor, 

& has been married to Pastor Chuck since 2001. She has 4 children ranging in age from 30 to 5 years old & 6 grandchildren (as of July 2024)!

• Carrie Holshouser: Associate of Arts Christian Education 2018 / FCS staff since January 2022 / 2nd-12 Upper-Level Learning Center Supervisor / Secretary

Mrs. Carrie is responsible for student academic projections & student curriculum inventory among other things. She has been married to Daniel since March 2001 & has 3 children ages 22, 17, & 9. All 3 of their children are FCS thoroughbreds with the oldest having graduated in 2020.

• Emily Schiffiano : FCS/ACE thoroughbred, 2021 HS Graduate, current enrolled @ Emmanuel Theological Seminary / FCS staff since March 2022 / Upper Learning Center Supervisor

Mrs. Emily serves as the Lead Supervisor in the 2nd-12 Level Upper Leaning Center & as Religious Education teacher. 

She has been married to Joey since 2022 & is soon to deliver her first child -a little girl, in July 2024!

• Paige Griffin: FCS Graduate 2012 / Associate of Arts Christian Education 2018 / FCS staff since July 2015 / K5 & 1st Grade Learning Center Supervisor

Mrs. Paige teaches the K5 & 1st grade students & also assists with the Upper-Level Learning Center as necessary. 

She has been married to Corey since 2013 & has 2 children ages 7 & 6.
